About DJM Underground

David Medcalf is an expert in Tunnelling and Underground Construction, with over 35 years' experience in the construction industry. 

Specialising in Pipe Jacking, TBM Tunnelling, underground station and diaphragm wall construction.

My aim is to provide sound advice to projects throughout the project lifecycle, from project feasibility studies, development and review of tender methodologies, independent estimate reviews, to safety in design workshops, project delivery set up and trouble shooting construction.

With 35 years' experience in project development and delivery my approach is very hands on and collaborative. I have a very analytical approach to solving issues and developing plans.
